Transfer Credit
A student transferring from another university or college must be in good standing with that institution, and must meet the University’s minimum scholastic standards. Coursework requirements may be satisfied by transferring previously earned academic credit. Transcripts from previous academic institutions may be submitted to the Registrar’s Office for evaluation prior to, or after registration. If transcripts are not in English, these documents must be translated at the applicants expense.
Students may transfer credit previously earned at other educational institutions provided the course requirements are the same or similar. It is the student’s responsibility to include a complete write up of their previous coursework, explaining which classes fulfill which requirement of the University’s degree program that the student is applying for.
